Forest County is continuing to work through the assignment of 911 style addresses throughout Harmony, Hickory and Tionesta Townships and Tionesta Borough.
Any resident, business owner, or seasonal property owner who has not yet received an address assignment for an existing structure should call the Addressing Coordinator at 814-755-2995.
The Board of Supervisors regular monthly meeting is now being held on the second Monday of every month at 10:30 am. The meetings are held in the Harmony Township Community Center in West Hickory.
The Board of Supervisors are currently revising the Act 537 plan.
A soil and water study will be taking place soon before anything can be decided.

Harmony Township is under Orders from the Pennsylvania
Department of Environmental Protection to Update the
Act 537 Sewage Facilities Plan. Under this order:
ALL PROPERTIES MUST BE ACCESSED
TO DETERMINE THE STATUS OF
EXISTING ON-LOT SYSTEMS
Harmony Township has contracted with KLH Engineers,
Inc. to conduct the required on-lot system surveys. The
survey crews, in vehicles marked “KLH Engineers” will be
working throughout the Township during the upcoming
months to take photographs and document on-lot sewer
system conditions. The crews will need access to your
property to do this. Thank you for your cooperation.
