Our Community Center is a great building to rent for dinners, dances, family reunions, birthday parties......and many more activities. It is equipped with a full kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a large room big enough to accommodate approx. 250 people. It also has heat in the winter and air conditioning for those hot summer days. The rental fee: Residents Non- Residents
Discounted rentals 1-74 persons one day rental only
1-49 Person’s- $60.00 per day $90.00 per day
50-74 persons - $ 90.00 per day $120.00 per day

$50.00 each extra day $50 each extra day
All rentals require a $80.00 security deposit.
No extra days allowed on discounted rentals
ALL FEES AND SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT
DUE AT LEAST 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO RENTAL
$80.00 deposit will be returned after the proper cleaning and inspection of the building.

We also have a very nice playground for the children. And 2 picnic pavillions, with outdoor grills that are open for use by the public. These are free on a first come first serve basis.
